Responsibilities included the following:

>> Working Retail Store; entailed restocking items, working cash register, cleaning shop, opening and closing of store, and checking inventory.

>> Booking and Arranging Outdoor Trips within the company.

>> Writing Confirmation letters to clients after booking.

>> Going over Waivers with clients on date of trip.

>> Managing company computer database; registering new customers, organizing past and present trips, and recording money matters such as payment status.
